Is this destination Child friendly / Easy for seniors / Family Oriented?

• Yes, UAE has everything for everyone. For children theme parks are there in UAE. For seniors History or culture is there. Basically Dubai and Abu Dhabi provides attractions like theme parks, aquariums, and cultural experiences, beach, Modern architecture etc, it caters to all ages. The city's modern infrastructure, including accessible transportation and facilities, makes it easy for families to explore and enjoy their time together.

Is there any long coach travel involved?

• Yes, traveling from Dubai to Abu Dhabi or from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah, which is approximately 150 km, typically takes about 2 hours by coach.

Tour Manger will travel with us in flight? (For Group Tours)

• Yes, most of the time the tour manager flies with the guests. However, during peak seasons, it’s possible that the tour manager may meet you directly at your destination, as they might need to handle multiple groups.

Will we get seat next to each other in the flight?

• No, it depends on the airline, as group tickets often do not allow web check-in or seat preferences. We recommend arriving at the airport early and requesting assistance from the airline staff, who will do their best to accommodate your needs.

What kind of food is provided on the tour? (If meals are included for group tours only)

• We offer a variety of Indian cuisine on our tours including Gujarati or Rajasthani thali, Punjabi dishes, South Indian specialties, and fusion cuisine.
• For Desert Safari and Marina Dhow cruise meals it is not in our hand and they serve pre cooked meal it can be ok ok as per taste.

For Individual Travelling Passengers which kind of food Available?

• For Individual travelers if you have included meal, we can arrange Gujarati or Rajasthani thali, Punjabi dishes, South Indian Meal. But you need to specify at the time of booking so we can manage accordingly.

Will we get Jain or Swami Narayan Food on tour?

• Yes, we provides Jain(Restaurants understand Jain as No Onion, No Garlic and No potato only) and Swami Narayan food on tour, but it is possible that fewer items may be served and may take some time to serve on table.

What will be size of Group and Tour Coach?

• The group size can vary based on bookings, ranging from 16 to 45 people. Similarly, the size of the tour coach will depend on the number of passengers, with options including 49-seater, 35-seater, 22-seater, and 14-seater coaches.
• If you are booking as close group and for example you are 20 people 22 seater bus will be there, if you want bigger bus you can ask us on additional price.

What will be group age for tour members? Will they be youngster or senior citizens?

• Group age is not in our hand it can be mix of all the age groups.

What is check in check out time for hotels?

• For 3 star hotel check in time will be 2 PM and check out will be 11 AM. For 4 star and 5 star hotels check in time will be 3 PM and check out will be 11 AM. Some Hotels Like Atlantis or Lapita check in time is 4 PM.
• At the time of Hotel check in, Hotel can ask for Security Deposit Which will be refundable but if you consume anything or break anything in room it will be deducted from this deposit.

Will we get rooms adjacent to our family members?

• No, hotel room assignments are not within our control; they are provided based on availability. As a result, it's possible for rooms to be located on different floors.

Describe Double, Triple, CWB and CNB for Hotel.

• Double or Twin : A room designed for two guests, typically featuring one large bed (king or queen size) or two single beds.
• Triple: A room that accommodates three guests typically features one double bed along with an additional bed, which may be a rollaway bed or a sofa bed. Triple room doesn’t mean Bigger Room, size will be same as double room.
• CWB (Child With Bed): This refers to a child staying in the room who is provided with an extra bed, with an additional bed, which may be a rollaway bed or a sofa bed. Extra Bed room doesn’t mean Bigger Room, size will be same as double room.
• CNB (Child No Bed): This indicates a child staying in the room without an extra bed, usually applicable for infants or younger children who can share the existing bedding.
• Single Sharing Room : Single Rooms will be smaller than double sharing room.

Is there any luggage restrictions are there for coach?

• Yes, Please carry minimum luggage as coach luggage space is limited. We will allow only one Luggage bag with one Hand luggage.

Will we get Wifi / TV / Washroom in Coach?

• No, the coach does not have Wi-Fi, TV, or a washroom. However, your manager will assist you in making stops where restrooms are available.

Can we eat inside the coach?

• No, eating is not allowed inside the coach. If the coach is damaged or soiled, the coach captain may charge a cleaning fee, as government regulations prohibit dirty coaches.

Can we consume Liquor inside bus or during the tour?

• No, drinking liquor inside the bus is not allowed during the tour. As we conduct family-friendly group tours, we maintain a strict policy against such activities to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
